1. Black Friday & Cyber Monday Sales Coming Soon Another exciting Black Friday special is coming up this week! This year’s Black Friday sale will begin at 3:00 pm (MST) on Friday, November 24, and will end at 11:59 pm (MST) on Sunday, November 26. This sale will feature fun exclusive items plus deep discounts on a variety of current and retired items.  Our Cyber Monday sale will begin at 3:00 pm (MST) on Monday, November 27, and end at 11:59 pm (MST) on Tuesday, November 28. Just like Black Friday, Cyber Monday will feature a variety of discounted items, and it will also feature an exclusive stamp set that will only be available through the sale! As with previous sales of this type, all the special prices will only be available while supplies last and only on orders placed through my Maker website. All sale items count toward earning VIP Credit. Sale prices do not apply to VIP Cash purchases, so if you choose to order any of the sale items using VIP Cash, you will be charged the full retail value. Shipping and handling is also based on the full retail value of the sale items. All newsletter subscribers will receive a reminder email at the beginning of each sale to make sure they know about the great savings and exclusive items available through these fun sales events!

2. Promotional Text Messages from Close To My Heart We are excited to announce that starting on Black Friday, we will be sending out promotional text messages to Makers and customers in the US and Canada! Our first messages will start going out at the beginning of our Black Friday sale, and we'll be sending them to people who have shared their phone numbers with us when placing orders. We plan to send text messages on a weekly basis to share updates and reminders about specials and other available products. We look forward to using text messages as a new way of reaching out to fans of Close To My Heart! 3. December Special: Bring Back My Pack—Skylark It’s time to celebrate another favorite paper packet from the past with a brand new Bring Back My Pack special, featuring Skylark! We have refreshed the colors to match our current color offering and created a brand new sticker sheet and stencil to supplement the designs of this beautiful collection. This special will also feature the return of a classic stamp set that first appeared with the Skylark collection. The Bring Back My Pack—Skylark special will begin on December 1 and will remain available until January 31, 2023, while supplies last. Artwork has not yet been shared with Makers, so I cannot yet give you a sneak peek.  But it's coming!! 4. Home Office Holiday Closure November 23–24 The Close To My Heart Home Office will be closed Thursday, November 23 through Friday, November 24 in observance of the US Thanksgiving holiday. During this closure, phone and email support will be unavailable. We will reopen during normal business hours on Monday, November 27.  7. Systems Maintenance Scheduled November 29 We are conducting routine systems maintenance on Wednesday, November 29, from 8:00–midnight (MST). During this maintenance window, some of our online systems, including ordering on my Maker website, may be unavailable.
