1. Black Friday & Cyber Monday Sales Coming Soon Black Friday is coming right up, and we have another exciting Black Friday special lined up for you. Our Black Friday Sale will feature some fun new exclusive items plus deep discounts on a variety of current and retired items. The Black Friday sale will begin at 3:00 pm (MST) on Friday, November 24 and will end at 11:59 pm (MST) on Sunday, November 26. Immediately following Black Friday, we’ll be holding our Cyber Monday sale, which will begin at 3:00 pm (MST) on Monday, November 27 and end at 11:59 pm (MST) on Tuesday, November 28. As with previous sales of this type, all the special prices will only be available on a while supplies last basis and only on orders placed through my Maker website. All discounted items count toward earning VIP Credit. Sale prices do not apply to VIP Cash purchases, so if you choose to order any of the sale items using VIP Cash, you will be charged the full retail value. Shipping and handling is also based on the full retail value of the sale items.

2. Countdown to Christmas Special Extended Last week we announced the Countdown to Christmas special, featuring a fun, DIY advent calendar project. After seeing how popular this item has been, we have decided to extend the sale by 48 hours. The countdown calendar will now be available until 11:59 pm (MST) on Friday, November 17, while supplies last. Visit here for the details.

3. New Clearance Items Will Be Added TODAY Friday, November 17 Starting at 3:00 pm (MST) on Friday, November 17, there will be a new selection of items available at clearance prices on your Maker website. As is customary with clearance items, these deeply discounted items will only be available while supplies last, so be sure to check the clearance section on my Maker website to get the best deals!

4. Home Office Holiday Closure November 23–24 The Close To My Heart Home Office will be closed Thursday, November 23 through Friday, November 24 in observance of the US Thanksgiving holiday. During this closure, phone and email support will be unavailable. We will reopen during normal business hours on Monday, November 27.

5. Systems Maintenance Scheduled November 29 We are conducting routine systems maintenance on Wednesday, November 29, from 8:00–midnight (MST). During this maintenance window, some of our online systems, including ordering on my Maker website, may be unavailable.
