1. Countdown to Christmas Special Get ready for the holiday season with the Countdown to Christmas special, featuring a fun, DIY advent calendar project. This special item will be available on my Maker website as a pre-Black Friday offer for a limited time only: from November 10–15. The advent calendar will be available as an individual item as well as at a discounted product in a 2-pack or a 3-pack.

2. Christmas Alphabet Stamp Set Returns The Christmas Alphabet stamp set (D2187) featured on p. 49 of our September–October catalog proved to be so popular with customers that we have decided to bring it back through the end of the Christmas season! We’ve also turned back on the Design Elements stamp set (D2196) featured on p. 36 of the September–October catalog. Both sets will be available to view and order on my Maker website through December 31.

3. Date Changes for 2024 Events As you make your plans for 2024, be aware that we are changing the dates for our February Album Retreat. The February Album Retreat will now be taking place March 6–8, which means it will now be our March Album Retreat. We look forward to welcoming Jill Broadbent and Kristina Livingstone as special guest presenters at this album retreat! Please keep in mind that all event dates are subject to change. We do our best to maintain the dates that we have announced, but occasionally they need to be adjusted. We will make every effort to give plenty of advance notice when an event date is changed.

4. Updating Membership Renewal Process We are simplifying the renewal process for VIP Customers and Maker renewals. Starting after next week's systems maintenance (see below), the Credit Card and Membership Renewal tabs of the Account management area will be combined, making it easier to keep your renewal payment information up-to-date. After the update is made, VIP Customers can simply go to the Credit Card section to both update payment information as well as to specify which card will be used for membership renewals.

5. October Stamp of the Month Thin Cuts Last month was the first time we offered a Stamp of the Month set with a coordinating set of Thin Cuts. There were several Makers and customers who ordered the stamp set but didn't order the coordinating Thin Cuts. In order to help these Makers and customers make the most out of their October Stamp of the Month purchase, we are making the coordinating Thin Cuts available as a standalone item for anyone who purchased the stamp set without the coordinating Thin Cuts. The cost for ordering the Thin Cuts is $17.95 USD, and they will be available to add on the shopping cart page on my Maker website or by using item number Z7074TC. We have also directly emailed all customers who are eligible to order the standalone Thin Cuts to make sure they know that they are available.

6. Systems Maintenance Scheduled November 13 and 29 We are conducting routine systems maintenance on Monday, November 13, from 8:00–10:00 pm (MST). We will be conducting further systems maintenance on November 29, from 8:00–midnight (MST). During these maintenance windows, some of our online systems, including ordering on my Maker website, may be unavailable.
