1. New VIP Customer Sign-up Offer: Extra Credit Beginning November 1, we are kicking off a new VIP sign-up offer that will put even more VIP Credit into the hands of new VIP Customers when they sign up! Currently, VIP Customers who join get a sign-up bonus of $15 in VIP Credit that they can spend on their very first order. From November 1, 2023 to January 31, 2024, new VIP Customers will instead get a sign-up bonus of $25 — an extra $10! Considering that the sign-up fee is only $35, you can see that this extra credit will be a great perk for all of your new VIP Customers. But this deal isn’t just for new VIP Customers! Current VIP Customers who are up for renewal in this same time period will receive the same great VIP Credit bonus. Along with the other great perks of being a VIP Customer, this added bonus makes it an even easier decision to renew as a VIP Customer for another year. This special sign-up and renewal offer is our first special celebrating Jeanette’s upcoming 40th anniversary milestone year that we will be observing in 2024.

3. Fiskars® Discontinuing Cut Rail Trimmer Fiskars® has informed us that they are discontinuing their aluminum cut rail trimmer, which is the trimmer that we have pictured in our 2023–2024 Essentials catalog. We were not aware of this plan at the time that we selected this trimmer to include in the Essentials catalog and we are disappointed to see this product that we have come to love get discontinued. As a result of this product change, we have had to adjust our own product offering. In place of the aluminum cut rail trimmer, we are now offering the SureCut Deluxe Craft Paper Trimmer (Z1783) and the TripleTrack Titanium Cutting Blades (Z3393). These items are available for order now on my Maker website.

4. Make It from Your Heart™ Vol. 6 Correction An error has been found in the Make It from Your Heart™ Vol. 6 how-to guide. In the cutting diagrams on p. 38, the measurement for piece L is incorrect. The printed measurement is 3" x 12" but it should be 3" x 11". A note with this correction will be included in future shipments of this item.
