1. Updates to Make It from Your Heart Blog The Close To My Heart blog, Make It from Your Heart, has been updated with a brand-new look! With a more archive-oriented approach on the home page, readers can easily navigate between posts right from the get-go, viewing past posts and revisiting their favorites for a more user-friendly experience. 2. Workshop Wow: Four Seasons and Now & Forever Specials As we continue to settle into 2023, we want to remind you of our ongoing Workshop Wow: Four Seasons and Now & Forever specials.    The Workshop Wow: Four Seasons special originally included a whopping eight workshop kits: one scrapbooking workshop and one cardmaking workshop for each of our Four Seasons paper collections from the 2022–2023 Core Products catalog. Each available workshop kit comes in two purchasing options—one with the featured stamps and Thin Cuts, and one without.    Please be advised that the Autumn scrapbooking and cardmaking kits have sold out and are no longer available. The remaining cardmaking and workshop kits for Spring, Summer, and Winter are available while supplies last.    The Now & Forever special features Valentine’s Day-themed papers, stickers, stamps, Thin Cuts, and embellishments. This special also includes its own scrapbooking and cardmaking workshop kits, and a comprehensive product bundle to allow crafters to purchase all the exclusive Now & Forever products at a discounted price. Place your Now & Forever orders soon so they will arrive in time for Valentine’s Day! The remaining kits from the Workshop Wow: Four Seasons special are available through January 31, and the Now & Forever special is available through February 28.

3. Changes to Backorder Policy In an effort to keep shipping costs and overall prices down while continuing to provide the best service possible, CTMH will be making some changes to the backorder policy.  Moving forward, if an item is out of stock, we will make that item unavailable for orders until we have more stock in-house. If a backorder does occur, the backordered items will not be shipped automatically, but will instead be made available to add to your next order when additional stock arrives.    CTMH is hopeful that these changes will help us be better in our attempt to consistently provide you with top-of-the-line crafting products!

4. Systems Maintenance Scheduled for January 25 We will be conducting systems maintenance between 8:00 pm and midnight (MST) on January 25. During this maintenance window, some online services, including shopping on my Maker website, may be unavailable.
