Hello, scrappy gals and guys!  Here are the headlines:

1.   VIP Customer Program Renewals
The VIP Customer membership renewals happen on the first day of the month following the sign-up month. Because CTMH launched this program in October 2020, renewals will begin November 1. Reminder emails will go out to all VIP Customers beginning one month before the date their renewal will be processed. The renewal process is automatic and does not require any action on the part of VIP Customers or Makers.  Just sit back and enjoy all the awesome benefits you receive as a VIP!
 
As a special perk, we will be offering $15 USD in VIP Credit to all VIP Customers who renew for a second year! This credit will automatically be added to your account and can be seen when a VIP is ready to check out an order. The total credit in your cart will show an increase. 

2.  VIP Hip Hip Hooray Workshop
It has been a fabulous first year for the VIP Customer program, and we’re delighted that you have been part of it! To celebrate, CTMH has designed a workshop kit called Hip Hip Hooray, which will only be available to VIP Customers and Close To My Heart Makers!

The Hip Hip Hooray workshop includes an exclusive, party-themed paper packet with a coordinating sticker sheet and stamp set. These exclusive items are grouped together with cardstocks, embellishments, and more products that you’ll use to create three 2-page 12″ × 12″ scrapbook layouts and 8 slimline cards!

Once you have your workshop kit, be sure to join us for the Hip Hip Hooray workshop, which will be held as a virtual event on November 30, 2021. This event will be a wonderful opportunity for crafting and celebrating together as we look forward to another wonderful year of VIP perks and promotions!
